SECONDARY 1-3 PROGRAMMES


Our academic programmes follow the Basic Education Act of B.E 2551(Revised edition 2017), as prescribed by the Ministry of Education. These programmes include the English Programme and Extra Programme. In addition to these programmes, our school has partnered with BASE Play-House to design an ‘Entrepreneurship and Business Boot Camp’ project for our M.1 to M.3 students. This project is designed to enhance students’ business ideas and to cultivate their design thinking process through game-based workshops and activities. As part of this project, students will have opportunities to work in teams, build trust, and learn what it means to be a leader. They will also have opportunities to pitch their business ideas and receive feedback from reputable business firms. In this project, our school aims to influence students’ career aspirations for the future.

ENGLISH PROGRAMME (EP) (Secondary 1)

The English Programme follows the Basic Education Act of B.E 2551(Revised edition 2017), as prescribed by the Ministry of Education. We promote active learning as well as 21st century learning approaches. Students are required to use English as a first language. 50% of lessons are taught in English which includes English, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Health Education and P.E.. We prepare them for their O-NET exams and entrance exams to bilingual programmes in other well-known schools.

 

ENRICHMENT SCIENCE MATHEMATICS ENGLISH AND TECHNOLOGY PROGRAMME ACCORDING TO THE GUIDELINE OF INSTITUTE FOR THE PROMOTION OF TEACHING SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (IPST)

This programme is designed for students who have skills in science, mathematics, English and technology and who plan for science and research careers. It also complies with Department of Education policy with emphasis on the innovative education. The programme is supported by the Institute for the Promotion of Teaching Science and Technology (IPST) and the Office of the Private Education Commission.

Extra Programme

The Extra Programme curriculum follows the Basic Education Act of B.E.2551 (Revised edition 2017), as prescribed by the Ministry of Education. We promote active learning as well as 21st century learning approaches. They are also prepared for their O-NET. 80 % of all lessons are taught in Thai except English lessons. Our students have English 7 periods per week (4 periods for international teacher and 3 periods for Thai teacher), focusing on daily English conversation such as asking questions and giving a work presentation. In addition, social media is used in teaching and in learning English. All of our international teachers are MOE certified.
