โรงเรียนจึงจัดให้มีการพัฒนาความรู้ ความสามารถ การปรับตัวเพื่ออนาคตทั้งในด้านสังคม เศรษฐกิจ และสิ่งแวดล้อม มุ่งสร้างอนาคตและความสำเร็จให้กับนักเรียน รวมถึงสังคม ส่วนรวม
โรงเรียนบีคอนเฮาส์แย้มสอาดหัวหิน จัดการเรียนรู้ เพื่อมุ่งพัฒนานักเรียนในระดับอนุบาล ประถมศึกษา และมัรยมศึกษา ในส่วนของนักเรียนอนุบาล จัดการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบ Play-Based Learning (PBL) เป็นการเรียนผ่านการเล่น ซึ่งเป็นการเรียนรู้ที่ เหมาะสมกับนักเรียนวัยอนุบาล โดยนักเรียนในชั้นประถมศึกษา และมัธยมศึกษา เป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้แบบใช้โครงงานเป็นฐาน Project-Based Learning ซึ่งเป็นการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่เสริมสร้างประสบการณ์ผ่านการลงมือทําด้วยตนเองและโรงเรียนได้นําการจัดการเรียนรู้ในรูปแบบ STEAM ซึ่งเป็นแนวทางจัดการเรียนรู้ แบบบูรณาการระหว่างวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ ศิลปะ และคณิตศาสตร์ เน้นการเรียนรู้ที่นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วม สนับสนุน ให้มีความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ สามารตั้งคำถามอย่างอิสระ และ ต่อยอดการเสริมสร้างสมรรถนะที่จําเป็นตามกรอบการเรียนรู้ใน ศตวรรษที่ 21 ในด้านการบริหารธุรกิจ การพัฒนาองค์กร การวิจัยตลาด และการจัดการทางการเงิน โดยได้ประสาน ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานที่มีชื่อเสียง เป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล เช่น การจัดหลักสูตร NIM ร่วมกับ Nanyang Institute of Management ประเทศสิงคโปร์ เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมนักเรียน ในการศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาตรี ทั้งในและต่างประเทศ, การจัด ค่าย Company of the Year และ STEAM Camp Funfest ร่วมกับ JA Thailand, โครงการแคมป์เยาวชนเชื้อสายจีน "ตามรอยวัฒนธรรม” ร่วมกับมูลนิธิเพื่อการศึกษาไทย-จีน ณ เมืองซัวเถา ประเทศจีน, โครงการนักเรียนแลกเปลี่ยนร่วมกับ เมืองมอนเบทสึ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น รวมทั้งสามารถแบ่งปันและ สรุปการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งเป็นทักษะในการสร้างความเป็นผู้นำให้กับ นักเรียนในอนาคต
The BYSH campus acknowledges that the 5thIndustrial Revolution is not only imminent but already wellon its way. This means we as a teaching institution alsoneed to acknowledge this in our teaching mythologiesand need to pivot to prepare our students for future changes....we as teachers always need to evaluate and re-adjust,stagnation simply is no option. We need to provide the keysto unlock the future.
As a proud teaching institution, we focus on21st-century educational skills equipping the studentswith tools that can be universally applied to enhance waysof thinking, learning, working and living in an ever-changingworld. These skills include critical thinking and reasoning,creativity and creative thinking, problem-solving, metacognition,collaboration, communication and, most importantly, beinga global citizen and taking accountability for the future ofour planet.
The future holds unavoidable challenges whichthe students of this day and age will need to face. The firststep is to equip them with the aforementioned 21st-centurysoft skills, but we need to go beyond these. This is whyBYSH also focus on embedding the Sustainable DevelopmentGoals (SDGs) set forth by the United Nations (UN) intoour student's educational needs. The SDGs firmly link withthe skills needed for the 5th Industrial Revolution, focusingon sustainability and environmental concerns.
In all essence, this is a huge undertaking to ensurewe ready our youth to face the challenges they need toendure in the not-so-distant future. This undertakingis nothing short of a collaborative learning journey, ona micro and macro level.
On a micro level, it all starts with the collaborationbetween the school and parents, ensuring we lay the bestpossible foundation for the students to blossom in thefuture. But the macro level is what counts; collaborationbetween teaching entities, local and abroad, providingexposure to the students ensuring we broaden theirhorizons and enable them to apply critical thinking andensuring sustainability is possible and environmentalconcerns can be solved.
