การศึกษาที่ก้าวไกลกว่าตำราเรียน
การศึกษาในยุคปัจจุบันได้ก้าวข้ามขีดจำกัดของการเรียนรู้จากตำราเพียงอย่างเดียว
โรงเรียนบิคอนเฮ้าส์แย้มสอาด หัวหิน จึงมุ่งมั่นพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เป็น “พลเมืองโลกที่มีทักษะจำเป็น” (Global Citizens with Essential Skills) ที่มีความเข้มแข็งด้านวิชาการ ทักษะชีวิต และสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นต่อการดำรงชีวิตในศตวรรษที่ 21 เรามุ่งสร้าง “พื้นที่แห่งการเรียนรู้ที่ปลอดภัย” ทั้งในโลกแห่งความเป็นจริงและโลกดิจิทัล เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้ผู้เรียนสามารถเผชิญความท้าทายในอนาคตได้อย่างมั่นใจ
โรงเรียนให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนา “ระบบนิเวศแห่งการเรียนรู้” (Learning Ecosystem) ผ่านการบูรณาการองค์ความรู้ทั้งภายในและภายนอกห้องเรียน พร้อมออกแบบกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้โดยยึดผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง เราส่งเสริมให้ครูพัฒนาศักยภาพทั้งทักษะดิจิทัลและความเชี่ยวชาญทางวิชาชีพ ควบคู่กับการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมที่เหมาะสมต่อพัฒนาการของผู้เรียนในแต่ละช่วงวัย
นอกจากนี้ โรงเรียนยังมุ่งพัฒนาศักยภาพผู้เรียนอย่างรอบด้านผ่านเส้นทางการเรียนรู้ (Student Pathway) ที่มีความต่อเนื่องตั้งแต่ระดับอนุบาลจนถึงมัธยมศึกษา เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมสู่สถาบันอุดมศึกษาชั้นนำทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ เรามีหลักสูตร Dual Programme (AEP+NIM) เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักเรียนศึกษาต่อในสถาบัน Nanyang Institute of Management (NIM) ประเทศสิงคโปร์ ได้โดยไม่ต้องสอบคัดเลือก
นอกเหนือจากการเรียนรู้ภายในห้องเรียน โรงเรียนยังส่งเสริมประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ที่หลากหลายผ่านความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน เพื่อขยายโอกาสการเรียนรู้สู่ชุมชนและสังคมโลก อาทิ ค่าย STEAM ร่วมกับ JA Thailand ค่ายวัฒนธรรม ณ ประเทศจีน และโครงการแลกเปลี่ยน ณ ประเทศญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งล้วนมีส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ การคิดสร้างสรรค์ และทักษะแห่งอนาคต (Future-skills)
