PRE-KINDERGARTEN PROGRAMMES
Our academic programmes follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework in accordance with the Ministry of Education’s Curriculum of 2007. Our curriculum is a well-balanced integration of content and skills through play-based learning that serves to support the following areas of child development: physical, socio-emotional, literacy, understanding the world, expressive arts and design, as well as language and communication. Math and phonics-based instruction equip students with a strong foundation in numbers, reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Building on their natural curiosity, students use purposeful play to develop a deeper conceptual understanding. Our teachers provide an enabling environment and facilitate play-based learning by allowing students to develop the essential 21st century skills: communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity. COMMUNICATIVE ENGLISH PROGRAMME (CEP)
Students learn English as a second language through storytelling about their interesting daily events that are happening around them. The purpose is to create confidence among students in the use of the language for communication which includes, listening, speaking, reading and writing. Phonics teaching is also included in the programme to improve the students’ pronunciation.
ADVANCED ENGLISH PROGRAMME (AEP)
Students are exposed to a bilingual education with Thai and International teachers. They learn English as a first language from their native English-speaking homeroom teachers. Additional subjects like Mathematics, Arts, Cooking, and Understanding the World are taught in both Thai and English to develop competency in both languages. Our phonics-based instruction builds a strong foundation to develop the students’ skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
