There are many benefits of play-based learning in the early years, including the development of intellectual skills, thinking and motivation. Play-based learning is a concept that teachers at BYS adopt as part of their teaching practices.
Project-based learning is an instructional tool that lets students gain knowledge and skills byworking for an extened period of time to investigate and respond to an authentic, engaging, and complex question, problem, or challenge.
At BYS, we aim to enhance soft skills in our secondary school students that can boost their physical health, behaviour as well as their career aspirations. Soft skills are the other nonacademic skills students acquire to help them succeed in life.

On Mondays before class, our students participate in morning prayers led by upper primary students. We encourage them to promote virtues, ethics and gratefulness
On June 7, 2019 our school hosted the annual Presentation Awards for Excellence 2018. The event acknowledged students who achieved the highest score in academic subjects. We would like to congratulate them on their. success.
Today was our Wai Kru Ceremony for Primary - Secondary students. All students gave flowers to pay respect or to express gratitude to their teachers.
