In Secondary years, students focus on developing hard skills in academic subjects such as English, math, science, and engineering. In addition to these hard skills, students also need to develop soft skills which are personal attributes and qualities that enable them to interact effectively with others, succeed in their careers, and live happily in this rapidly changing world.
